Pluging upgrade for monstra 3

Hi guys, while updating plugins from 2.3.1 to 3.0.1 found a problem that if markdown plugin installed than front view of plugin showes lots of html code in website...
What exactly and how we need to do to fix that problem? Yes we try to delete markdown and it works just fine, but we really need to know how to fix the problem without deleting markdown plugin (that plugin allow to show plugins info in admin panel)
