Topic: new Translate character problem

i made full Turkish language translate. But i am taking character errors in only admin panel.( İıĞğŞşÖöÜü ==>give me this ������)

When i edit (monstra/bootstrap.php)

header(’Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8’);

this code utf-8 to iso-8859-9 , my admin panel is work perfect. But, then my content(in pages content [ŞşĞğÇçıİüÜöÖ]chars) give me character errors (ex. copyright icon, and ŞşĞğÇçıİüÜöÖ ==> i see ıı","Å?","ü","ç","ö","Ä?","ÅŸ","Ç","Ä°","ÄŸ","Åz","Ö","Ãœ","ı","Å?","ç","ö","Ä?","ÅŸ","Ç)

Change all your translation files format from ANSI to UTF (without BOM). You can do it with Notepad++, for example, and do not touch bootstrap.

Thanks, i do this. Success (after delete temp files in site smile )
