Hello Everyone!
First of all I would say, Happy New Year! (sorry I'm late 
) It's been a long time I did not make a theme for monstra. and now I will give it to you.

Installation:
STEP 1 * open (extract) simple-apps.zip * there are 3 folders: plugins, public and storage.
STEP 2 * open folder plugins and storage. you can find folder mycontact (on folder plugins) and folder blocks (on folder storage). * move folder mycontact and folder blocks to your root server directory. * for plugins: go to Admin panel --> Plugins --> Instal New --> Instal (mycontact plugins)
STEP 3 * open folder themes, you can find folder simple-apps. * move folder simple-apps to your root server directory (public --> themes). * for activating the theme: go to Admin panel --> Select Theme (on drop down menu) --> Site Theme -> Select Theme --> simple-apps --> Save * Visit Site and and look of your New Theme.

you can edit it in "pages -> edit 404 pages"
but remember, you have to make a "error.template.php" or "404.template.php" first. and then you select "settings", and change your template.

The following theme is a theme that is intended for unique posts (blogazine) user.
This theme is actually not that important, the important thing is the plugin "box --> pages" that have been modified in order to put custom css in page section.

Installation (pages):
- replace your folder pages on plugins box on your root directory with folder pages that have been modified on download link.
